Promotion of Andrew J. Felter to Factory Administration Manager

         Webster Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Andrew J. Felter to Factory Administration Manager, effective February 1, 2003. This is in addition to his continuing responsibilities as Corporate Controller and Quality Assurance Manager.

         Mr. Felter started with Webster Industries in June, 1986 and worked intermittently as an accounting clerk through1990 as he attended the Ohio State University. Andy returned to Webster in 1996 as the Corporate Accountant, and later promoted to Corporate Controller in 1999. In 2000, Andy assumed the responsibilities of Webster's Quality Assurance Manager and guided Webster to our current ISO 9001:2000 registration.
