Promotion of Dean E. Bogner to Vice President of Sales & Marketing

         Webster Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Dean E. Bogner to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, effective January 1, 2002.

         Mr. Bogner joined Webster Industries in June of 1989, where he worked in several areas of the shop. In 1993, Dean was transferred to the Sales department as an Advertising and Marketing Assistant. In 1995, Dean was promoted to Enduro-flite Product Manager. In 1997, Dean was again promoted to National Product Manager of Conveyor Components and later in the year to the position of Northeast Regional Sales Manager. In 2000, Dean became the National Sales Manager.
