Introducing our new redesigned Coil Spring Vibrating Conveyors to satisfy the
needs of the bulk material handling industry. Conveyor configurations include;
inclined conveyors, double deck conveyors, two-way conveyors, and horizontal to
inclined conveyors in one unit. We offer a Heavy-Duty construction, synchronized frequency spring design with dependability as our primary feature. Other Features: Conveyors can exceed 200 feet in length with a single drive. The cast malleable iron stabilizer arms are designed for heavy loads without buckling or overstressing. The pan design can be modified to a variety of shapes and sizes. Pans can be furnished with covers that can be bolted or held with quick opening clamps. Gates are available that can be manually operated or operated by remote control. As with our FS series vibrating conveyors, bottom and side discharge spouts at multiple points are available. Pan dividers can be added for conveying two or more materials at the same time. Special sanitary conveyor designs are offered to meet the most stringent specifications. Super Balanced units are available when installation is to be made on light supporting structures, above elevated bins, upper stories of a building, or to resolve a vibration problem. All CoilWeb™ conveyors are designed with low maintenance, dependability, and extra heavy-duty construction. Every conveyor is tuned and tested in our facility for peak performance.
