TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality engineered products and technical solutions, is pleased to welcome Garrett Hoepf to the Webster team as our new ERP Developer Analyst at our Tiffin location.

Garrett recently earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Development and Video Game Design from Tiffin University. He will continue his education at Tiffin University, where he is pursuing his MBA. His academic experience includes coding in multiple programming languages, database management, and system design – skills that will support his success in this role.

Garrett also brings valuable leadership and customer service experience from his time with Tractor Supply Company, where he was a Team Lead. In that role, he was responsible for delegating tasks, supporting team development, and serving as Manager on Duty.

Outside of work and academics, Garrett is an accomplished student athlete, having qualified at the Division II National level for High Jump and previously as a State Qualifier during high school. He has also been active in 4H, where he achieved multiple honors including Ohio State Fair Jr Horse Show Champion (2018).

As an ERP Developer Analyst, Garrett will support the development and optimization of Webster’s ERP system – enhancing workflows, collaborating across departments, and ensuring our technology solutions align with business needs.
