TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, is pleased to announce Bill McCague has accepted a new position within Webster.
McCague accepted the role as Safety & Quality Assurance Environmental Compliance Manager/Human Resource & Workforce Development Recruiter. In this new position, he will be responsible for overseeing Safety and Compliance with OSHA, Worker’s Compensation and The United States Environmental Protection Agency. He will also continue with his role of recruitment and workforce development.
McCague has worked at Webster for nearly 2 years. First, as the Human Resource intern and then following graduation from Tiffin University with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management, he became the Human Resource Specialist.
This new role is one that McCague is motivated and excited to embrace.

There is a great number of operations and process that go into making our product. The more I know, the greater I will be able to contribute to Webster in the future,” said McCague.
