Brian is our expert chain failure analyst. He has extensive experience working with our sales reps and customers to determine the cause of the failures and determine how to increase chain life. He holds an Associate Degree in pre-engineering and mathematics from Terra State Community College. Outside of work, you can find Brian on the golf course.

Fun fact about Brian – He plays more golf in the winter than he does in the summer.

Megan’s eye for design and her years of engineering experience makes her a value to the engineering group. She holds a degree in mechanical engineering and multiple certifications. Away from work, Megan enjoys making personalized and custom items, traveling, being with family and friends.

Fun fact about Megan – She has been to 22 states and plans to go to all 50.

Will has many years of engineering experience and a background in the manufacturing industry. He holds an Associate Degree in pre-engineering and in his free time he enjoys golfing, motorcycle riding, skiing and traveling.

Fun fact about Will – He dislikes onions, so much so, that he picks them out of anything he is eating.

Shawn’s years of manufacturing experience and engineering background make him an asset to Webster. He holds an Associates Degree in engineering and multiple certifications. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys bowling, golfing and spending time with his family.

Fun fact about Shawn – He is a member of the Professional Bowlers Association.
