HSB, SBR and Welded Steel Chain, Sprocket, Traction Wheel and Bucket Warranty Information

Our merchandise is fully guaranteed against failure due to defective material or workmanship for period of one year from date of shipment. Merchandise proven defective will be replaced or repaired, no charge, F.O.B. original shipping plant, with freight prepaid and allowed. No charges for field corrections shall be allowed nor any merchandise returned for credit unless authorized in writing by the Webster Corporate Office. In no event, whether as a result of breach of contract or warranty, tort, or otherwise, shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the equipment or any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, downtime costs, or claims of customer of the buyer for such damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the merchandise. Any action for the breach of Section 4 must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action has occurred.

Turbo Series Warranty Information
Webster Industries, Inc. guarantees the Turbo Series cement chains when properly installed, maintained and applied, without alteration, in a cement mill bucket elevator, will not fail because of any defect in material or workmanship for four (4) years. In the event of any failure, the chain or defective part, at Webster’s option, will be replaced, in accordance with the following schedule:
• 1st year – Chain or part replaced at no charge
• 2nd year – Chain or part replaced at 40% of original price
• 3rd year – Chain or part replaced at 70% of original price
• 4th year – Chain or part replaced at 90% of original price

Remedy under this guarantee is between the user and Webster and no other person. Webster’s liability is limited to the replacement if the defective product and the user waives all other remedies, including but not limited to all rights to consequential, special or accidental damages, including but not limited to damages resulting from personal injury, death or damage to or loss of use of property. This guarantee commences upon shipment date.
SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY THE SELLER AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT.
