Dean is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with over 30 years at Webster. With his product and industry experience he has driven Webster’s marketing and sales efforts to new heights. Dean started his career at Webster in 1989 as a machinist. Since that time he has held various sales roles within the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Away from work, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, coaching youth sports, and being active in the community.
Fun fact about Dean – He has attended 6 Grateful Dead concerts and was at the 1989 concert Andy was security for!

Olivia’s vast accounting and operating system knowledge make her an asset to the Webster team. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Tiffin University and an MBA from Bowling Green State University. Away from work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and hiking national parks.

Sharla’s vast information technology experience in the manufacturing industry make her a great value. She has assisted in implementing 3 different ERP systems and has worked on computer hardware/software, web application development, software development, system analysis, and project management. Sharla holds a Bachelors in Technology Management from the University of Findlay and enjoys golfing in her free time.
