Andy is a true visionary. He is inspired by the future and what could be. He motivates others everyday with his vision and helps the organization to achieve its best self. His 33 years in the manufacturing industry, various roles within the organization and leadership experience benefit him in his current position. Andy holds a Bachelor’s from The Ohio State University in Accounting, an MBA from Tiffin University, a Lean Systems Green Belt Certification and has completed an Emotional Intelligence Basics course. Outside of work, Andy enjoys traveling, cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns, fishing and spending time with family and friends at Lake Erie.

A fun fact about Andy – During his OSU days, Andy worked in the bar scene as a bouncer/bartender. He was once security at a Grateful Dead concert in 1989 at the Buckeye Lake Ampi-theatre.

Dean is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with over 30 years at Webster. With his product and industry experience he has driven Webster’s marketing and sales efforts to new heights. Dean started his career at Webster in 1989 as a machinist. Since that time he has held various sales roles within the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Away from work, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, coaching youth sports, and being active in the community.
Fun fact about Dean – He has attended 6 Grateful Dead concerts and was at the 1989 concert Andy was security for!

In an effort to strengthen the corporate leadership team to accelerate strategic growth and value creation, Webster Industries is excited to announce the hiring of Tom Wyza as Corporate Chief of Staff.  Prior to joining Webster, Tom was a Vice President at MPE Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm, where he worked on the acquisition of Webster. Before joining MPE, Tom held roles at The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm, and Citizens Capital Markets, a middle market investment bank. Tom received his BBA from Northwood University and his MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.

In his new role, Tom will be accountable for overseeing the 100-day plan, the Value Creation Plan (VCP), development of MPE reporting metrics, organizational support, and acquisition integration support.

Tom lives in Lakewood, OH with his wife and their dog. During his free time, he enjoys long-distance running and cycling, reading, playing bass guitar and watching the Cleveland Guardians.

Lori is a life-long resident of Tiffin. She attended Columbian High School and eventually graduated from Tiffin University with her Bachelors of Business Administration/Human Resource Management. She has over 25 years of experience in administration and executive support. Away from work, Lori enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Fun fact about Lori – Lori has a jet ski and loves being on the water!
