Dean is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with over 30 years at Webster. With his product and industry experience he has driven Webster’s marketing and sales efforts to new heights. Dean started his career at Webster in 1989 as a machinist. Since that time he has held various sales roles within the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Away from work, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, coaching youth sports, and being active in the community.
Fun fact about Dean – He has attended 6 Grateful Dead concerts and was at the 1989 concert Andy was security for!

Kurt’s strong technical skills and experience inspecting and troubleshooting conveyors and elevators are what make him a great asset to Webster. He holds an MBA from Tiffin University and in his free time he enjoys taking his son fishing.

Fun fact about Kurt – He has a twin sister and both of his parents are twins.

Erik is a 30+ year veteran of the power transmission industry. His professional experience includes manufacturing, management and global sales. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters and restoring a 1970 Datsun 240Z.
Fun fact about Erik – He is on a mission to visit every major league baseball stadium and is 29 for 30. Only missing the Minnesota Twins!

Sam’s technical skills and exponential knowledge of Webster’s products and processes make him a valuable member of our sales force. He started at Webster on the shop floor and made his way up the ranks to management. Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree from Heidelberg University. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and camping.

Fun Fact about Sam – He still holds his high schools record for the longest varsity football touchdown reception (91 yards).

Shawn has experience in multiple markets across the United States. He is a people person and loves helping customers and providing solutions. Shawn is a graduate of Heidelberg University, where he played basketball. He enjoys spending time with his family, remodeling his house, golfing, exercising and watching Ohio State football.

Fun fact about Shawn: He is one of 7 kids.

Dan’s 20 years of experience in both the field of manufacturing and sales make him a great addition to our team. He is an excellent communicator with a can do attitude. Away from work, Dan enjoys spending time with family, gardening, wood working and crafting.

Fun fact about Dan – He is a published author. He has written articles for the Wall Street Journal, Inspire Me Today and more. Also, he is a pro wrestling geek!

Kylene’s extensive experience in sales and marketing makes her a welcome addition to the team. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Public Relations from Bowling Green State University, Kylene found her way into the world of manufacturing where she’s been for the last 20+ years.

In her spare time, Kylene enjoys spending time with her son and attending his sporting events. She is passionate about traveling, writing, cooking, remodeling and spoiling her two rescue pups, Dash and Buddy.

Fun fact: Kylene believes growth comes from being uncomfortable, so she tries to do one thing every day that “scares” her.

Dakota’s past customer service experience, positive attitude and personality make her a great fit in the sales group. Outside of work, she enjoys reading (if she is dedicated she can read a whole novel in a day!), currently writing her own novel and being outdoors with her dog!

Fun fact about Dakota – Her dog is her life, soul and son!

Araceli is bilingual and takes care of our international accounts. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills are what make her successful at Webster. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with family and friends.

Alaina has spent 18 years in various manufacturing environment in many different roles, from laborer to SRS to Sales. This experience has given her a greater understanding of how the products are manufactured from raw material to a finished product. She has studied Business Management and Marketing at Terra State Community College. Away from work, Alaina enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. They enjoy traveling and camping as a family.

Fun fact about Alaina – She loves watching The Ohio State Buckeye Football and the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Justin’s ability to problem solve, communication skills and his experience with Webster’s products and manufacturing processes make him a great addition to our sales team. He has a strong willingness to learn and is passionate about achieving his goals. Justin holds an Associates Degree from Terra State Community College in Systems & Networking Support. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family watching movies, going to the park and going to Cedar Point!

Fun fact about Justin – He never eats his ice cream before dinner and he also plays the violin!
