Jeff Pifher

Jeff started his career at Webster in 1989 as a Product and Project Engineer for several years and transitioned into the roles of Manufacturing Engineer and then Department Manager, where he managed the machining and assembly departments. In 2007, he joined KBI as the Senior Manufacturing Engineer before returning to Webster in 2018 as the Operations Engineering Manager. Jeff was promoted to General Manager (Tiffin) in 2020. He received his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Technology from Bowling Green State University in 1987.

Thomas Bodnar
Manufacturing Process Engineer

Bodnar started his career in 2020 as a Co-op at Webster Industries and continued to work at Webster for three years while obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo. During his time as a Co-op, Bodnar was responsible for designing the new link weld assembly stations and designing plant layouts for both the Tiffin and Meridian manufacturing facilities. Bodnar was also instrumental in the purchase of the 3D printer that is currently being utilized for the modeling and prototyping of new parts and tooling, among several other projects.
Bodnar is now accountable for maintaining and improving all production and processing equipment and additionally, driving quality into our product by implementing process improvements. In this role, he challenges all aspects of engineering including Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Electrical, and Continuous Improvement Engineering.
