His proven ability to develop benchmarks and best practice processes in industry will allow Webster to hit their targeted growth objectives. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Human Sciences and Communication with a specialization in marketing and business sciences. Away from work, he enjoys landscaping, reading and being on water.
Fun fact about Dennis –He played baseball, hockey and rugby.

Dillon Bogner
Supply Chain Planner

Dillon is ccountable for all planning activities pertaining to Sheet Metal. He will also reviews capacity planning, managing inventory, processes orders, and maintains and monitors ERP in EPICOR.
Dillon began his career in 2012, working at Webster Industries in various roles as he was obtaining his college degree. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in the spring of 2017 from Tiffin University and was hired at Church & Dwight Company in December of the same year, working his way into the role of Packline Resource Operator. At both Webster Industries and Church & Dwight, Bogner gained experience in manufacturing operations as well as planning and scheduling that is valuable in his role.

Sarah Smith
Supply Chain Planner
Less than 6 months
Sarah is accountable for all planning activities pertaining to the Machine Shop, along with reviewing capacity planning, managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining and monitoring ERP in EPICOR.
Before coming to Webster, Smith had almost 19 years at American Fine Sinter as their Production Control Supervisor; gaining vast amounts of knowledge in manufacturing operations as well as planning and scheduling. These skills benefit her greatly in her role at Webster.
