Dean is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with over 30 years at Webster. With his product and industry experience he has driven Webster’s marketing and sales efforts to new heights. Dean started his career at Webster in 1989 as a machinist. Since that time he has held various sales roles within the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Away from work, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, coaching youth sports, and being active in the community.
Fun fact about Dean – He has attended 6 Grateful Dead concerts and was at the 1989 concert Andy was security for!

Deb’s strong leadership skills and professional experiences make her an asset to the Webster team. She has over 30 years of experience with Information Technology and ERP Systems in manufacturing environments. She also owned and operated an independent IT Consulting firm for 18 years. Deb holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from The Ohio State University. Away from work, Deb enjoys exercising, spending time with family and friends and traveling.
