TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of high-quality engineered products and technical solutions, is pleased to welcome Carina Gilman to the Webster team as our new ERP Developer Analyst at our Tiffin location.

Carina recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Development and Web Design from Tiffin University, where she earned a perfect 4.0 GPA. Her academic experience includes a strong foundation in cybersecurity, Python and C# programming, databases, and project management—skills that align perfectly with the demands of our Epicor ERP environment.

In her most recent role at the Tiffin University Bookstore, Carina served as both Web Designer and Inventory Manager. Her redesign of the website led to a 278% increase in revenue and a 150% rise in site visitors—a testament to her focus on user experience, SEO, and efficient system design.

As our ERP Developer Analyst, Carina will be supporting the development and optimization of our Epicor ERP system—enhancing workflows, collaborating across departments, and ensuring data integrity and system performance. We are excited to bring on someone with her level of innovation, technical ability, and motivation.
