TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, is pleased to announce that effective November 1st, Kourtney Hoke has accepted the position of Human Resource Specialist.

“We are excited to have Kourtney transition into the Human Resources department. I am confident that her past experiences and knowledge of Webster will allow her to be very successful in her new position,” Deborah Scheiber, Director of Human Resources.

Throughout her 18 year career at Webster, she has worked on the production side of the business. Since 2000, Hoke has assumed the roles of Shipping Clerk, Supply Chain Scheduler and more recently Supply Chain Administrator.

The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for recruitment, on-boarding and employee development. While this position’s responsibilities are unfamiliar to Hoke, she is ready for the challenge. “This new position is completely different from anything I have done at Webster, so I am excited for the new challenges. I hope that I can make a positive impact on the company in my new role,” said Hoke.

Hoke holds an Associate of Business Management Degree from the University of Toledo.
