TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of high-quality engineered products and technical solutions, is pleased to announce the career transitions of two valued members of our Webster team who are transitioning to new roles at Webster’s Allor division.
Krista Scherger began her career with Webster in April 2011 as a Supply Chain Planner. Through hard work and leadership, she was promoted to Supply Chain Planning Manager in March 2018. In November 2023, she took on the role of Quality Manager, where she has continued to make a strong impact. Krista will now be transitioning into the position of Site Operations Lead at our Allor Plant.
Jacob Bartley joined Webster in July 2022 as a Machinist in the Machine Shop. His dedication and leadership abilities quickly stood out, and in March 2024, he was promoted to 2nd Shift Supervisor. He will now be moving into a Supervisor role at our Allor Plant.
These transitions reflect not only their commitment and contributions, but also their willingness to embrace new challenges and continue their professional growth. We are grateful for the work Krista and Jacob have done at Webster and are confident they will make a lasting impact at our Allor division.
