TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster is excited to announce a leadership restructure within our Operations team. These changes have been made to better align the focus and efforts working towards Webster’s Operational Excellence.

Jeff Pifher – Plant Manager

Jeff will be accountable for being the expert and a driving force of innovation and improvement with regard to Webster’s manufacturing system. He will oversee all manufacturing of chain component parts and sprockets, which will include the leadership of Webster’s Punching & Stamping, Heat Treat, Machining & Sprocket Fabrication, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Chain Assembly & Welding and Shipping/Receiving/Stock-keeping departments. Jeff will continue to report to the Vice President Operations.

Ed Blott – Foundry Plant Manager

Ed will be accountable for being the expert and a driving force of innovation and improvement with regard to Webster’s Foundry manufacturing system. He will lead the Foundry through planning, execution and monitoring to ensure service excellence, enhanced quality, innovation and productivity. Ed will also provide support and back-up to the Plant Superintendent. He will continue to report to the Vice President Operations.

Mark Kuenzli – Plant Superintendent

The Plant Superintendent will oversee all physical aspects of the plant including service of electrical and mechanical systems; maintenance of production equipment, physical plant, utilities and grounds; and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Mark will continue to report to the Vice President Operations.

Mike Rioux – Operations Manager – Meridian

With the growth of Meridian and increased workforce, Mike will be making the move to assume the role of Operations Manager – Meridian. He will be accountable for ensuring that all training, orders and production activities in the facility are appropriately carried out. This includes the applicable safety, 6S, quality and continuous improvement. This position manages all employees of the off shift and is responsible for leadership of the employees. Mike will be reporting directly to the General Manager – Meridian.
