Webster is pleased to announce that Rick Breidenbach has accepted the position of Process Innovation Manager. He will report directly to the Vice President of Manufacturing. This role is tasked with being an expert and a driving force of innovation and improvement with regard to Webster’s manufacturing system. He will develop new manufacturing processes and enhancements that improve performance, create positive brand differentiation and optimize service.

Rick’s past experience as Webster’s sheet metal supervisor and knowledge of Webster’s manufacturing processes make him a great asset. He has also had success in innovation and process improvement roles in the manufacturing industry throughout his career. We are confident his technical skills will add great value to our team.
