TIFFIN, Ohio – In an effort to strengthen the corporate leadership team to accelerate strategic growth and value creation, Webster Industries is excited to announce the hiring of Tom Wyza as Corporate Chief of Staff. Prior to joining Webster, Tom was a Vice President at MPE Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm, where he worked on the acquisition of Webster. Before joining MPE, Tom held roles at The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm, and Citizens Capital Markets, a middle market investment bank. Tom received his BBA from Northwood University and his MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.

In his new role, Tom will be accountable for overseeing the 100-day plan, the Value Creation Plan (VCP), development of MPE reporting metrics, organizational support, and acquisition integration support.

Tom lives in Lakewood, OH with his wife and their dog. During his free time, he enjoys long-distance running and cycling, reading, playing bass guitar and watching the Cleveland Guardians.
