TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets, and vibrating equipment, is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Wesley Caudill, who will be joining us as the ERP Business Systems Analyst. Caudill brings with him over a decade of experience in manufacturing and IT, along with a stellar track record of leadership and innovation.

With a proven ability to interpret customer needs and consistently exceed expectations, Caudill has demonstrated exceptional skills in project management, application development, and data analysis/reporting. His expertise in areas such as process improvement, ERP enhancements, and understanding manufacturing processes will be invaluable assets to our team.

Prior to coming to Webster, Caudill designed and implemented many ERP system improvements at Custom Glass Solutions, where he served in various roles including his current role as IT Business Analyst. His manufacturing experience, including scheduling, inventory control, engineering, and shipping/receiving, will allow Wesley to hit the ground running in his new role at Webster.

In his new role as ERP Business Systems Analyst, Caudill will play a crucial part in supporting enterprise-wide business systems, particularly our Epicor ERP/Kinetic system. He will collaborate closely with various business units to identify opportunities for improvement, gather requirements, and implement new solutions to drive productivity and efficiency.
