Webster Industries Introduces Leadership Team
TIFFIN, Ohio – Andrew J. Felter, President, CEO and newly elected Chairman of Webster Industries, Inc. Board of Directors, is pleased to announce recent leadership changes that will allow us to meet the needs of our customers and optimize value for the employee shareholders of our growing organization.
Dean Bogner – Executive Vice President
Dean began his career with Webster in 1989. He is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with over 30 years at Webster. His product and industry experience has driven Webster’s sales to new heights. Dean holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from The Ohio State University. He is recognized for his active leadership roles in many power transmission industry associations and involvement in the local community. In his position, Dean is accountable for sales and growth targets, marketing, product innovation and key customer relationships.
Nick Spurck – Vice President of Operations
Nick has been with Webster since 2008. His strategic planning, years of supply chain experience and vast manufacturing knowledge make him an asset to Webster. Nick received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from The Ohio State University. He is also a member of various community boards and organizations. In his position, he is accountable for supply chain and production systems, key supplier relationships and operational asset return on investment.
Steve Hickey – Chief Financial Officer
Steve has been with the Company since 2012. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a diverse 26-year accounting and finance career that includes public accounting, Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial start-up and corporate finance. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Denver. In his role, Steve is accountable for shareholder value, finance and accounting systems, managing key financial and risk management activities.
Deb Anderson – Vice President of Technology & Innovation
Deb began her career with the Company in 2014. She has extensive technical knowledge, strong management skills and has successfully implemented and supported ERP solutions for over 40 manufacturing companies. Deb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from The Ohio State University. In this position, she is accountable for project execution, innovative system processes and developing new technology.
Deb Scheiber – Director of Human Resources & Benefits
Deb began her career with Webster in 2013. Her years of experience, immense knowledge and expertise in human resources make her a great asset to the team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Tiffin University. In her role, she is accountable for employee recruitment, retention, development and systems that protect our team.
Ray Kisaberth – Director of Engineering
Ray Kisaberth is focused on vibrating conveyors, sprockets and specialty products. He has been with the organization since 1996 and has held many positions on our engineering team. His accomplishments include creating many engineering standards, writing rules for the configurator and producing the Webster sprocket design. Ray graduated with his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Kennedy Western University. In this position, he is accountable for the product design process, product development, and providing value to both internal and external customers.
Brian Cline – Director of Engineering
Brian is focused on engineered class chain. He has been with the organization since 2012 and is our expert chain solutions problem solver. Brian has extensive experience working with our sales reps and customers to determine how to increase application performance. He holds an Associate Degree in pre-engineering and mathematics from Terra State Community College. In this position, he is accountable for the product design process, product development, providing value to both internal and external customers.
