Webster is pleased to announce that Shawn Fitch has been promoted to Senior Design & Application Engineer. In this position, he will continue to report to the Director of Engineering. Shawn’s product knowledge and work ethic makes him an ideal candidate for this role. He is accountable for the design, research, prototyping, documentation, estimating and process improvement. In this role, Shawn will help lead the engineering group by prioritizing and problem-solving product selections based on customer needs.

Shawn has proven his ability to work on a team and make result-oriented decisions efficiently. His years of years of manufacturing experience and engineering background make him an asset to the Webster team.

He holds an Associate Degree in engineering and multiple certifications. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys bowling, golfing and spending time with his family.
