TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets and vibrating equipment, is excited to announce Alex Thatcher has been named Quality Assurance Assistant. In this position, he will continue to report to the Vice President Operational Excellence.

Alex started his career at Webster as the Operational Excellence Intern in June of 2021. In his new role as the Quality Assurance Assistant, he will be accountable for helping lead continuous improvement initiatives, the implementation of the Webster quality system, becoming an expert in Vault and improving the standardization of the entire quality system. Alex’s analytical skills and ability to manage project efficiently make him a great fit for this new role.

Alex graduated this May from Tiffin University with his Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in supply chain management.
