Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets, and vibrating equipment, is pleased to announce the hiring of Devon Stock as IT Support Technician. Devon’s experience as a Technical Support Specialist working on support tickets and troubleshooting hardware issues, makes him an ideal candidate for this position. Devon will be responsible for managing helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining computers and peripheral devices.
Devon will graduate in May with a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Systems Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Cyber Security from Tiffin University.
Devon started his career working at the Help Desk at Tiffin University and then spent nearly two years working as a Technical Support Specialist for Ellucian. Devon has several Microsoft certifications including Database Administration Fundamentals and Windows Server Fundamentals.
