Webster is excited to announce changes to our organization to better drive value and serve customers. The Executive Management team is taking the next step in a restructure plan to meet organizational growth objectives and expansion goals.

Effective immediately, Dean Bogner, Executive Vice President, will take a more active role in combining our sales and engineering problem solving ability by taking accountability for Webster’s combined sales and engineering teams. Both Ray Kisaberth and Brian Cline, Directors of Engineering have proven themselves as strong leaders of engineering and will continue to be in their respective leadership positions through product development, innovation and design.

The reporting change will strengthen Webster’s sales and engineering team by allowing them to unify and work closely with one another to support our valued customers’ chain, sprocket and vibrating conveyor needs. Webster is excited about this reorganization and believes that it is an excellent opportunity for our experienced, innovative engineering team to take product solutions and designs to the next level and continue to grow our leadership position in the market. Furthermore, this will allow our sales, engineering and operations teams to work congruently with one another to satisfy customer needs.
