With a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Bowling Green State University and a wealth of experience in software development and analysis, Caudill brings a dedication to innovation and a commitment to excellence that aligns perfectly with our company’s values.

Caudill joins us after serving as a Junior Software Developer at CAP Index and before that as an Intern and ERP Developer Analyst here at Webster Industries. During his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional proficiency in C#, SQL, and ERP systems, making significant contributions to project development and system optimization. He has a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of solutions, and providing top-notch support to end-users.

As an ERP Developer Analyst, Caudill will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and implementing applications for our Epicor ERP system. He will collaborate closely with stakeholders and other IT team members to understand project requirements, analyze specifications, and deliver tailored solutions that optimize system functionality and support our business objectives. Caudill’s strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail make him an invaluable addition to our team. He will uphold our commitment to excellence by remaining up-to-date with current development technologies, adhering to software life cycles and best practices, and providing exceptional support to our users.
