TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets, and vibrating equipment, is delighted to introduce the promotion of Jacob Bartley to 2nd Shift Production Supervisor.

Prior to the promotion, Bartley had been working as a Machinist at Webster Industries since July of 2022. Bartley brings a wealth of experience and skills acquired through various roles across different industries. During Bartley’s time at Pinnacle Lighting Group, he demonstrated proficiency as a Project Manager, Sales Representative, and Warehouse Manager. His responsibilities included overseeing projects, building customer relationships, and managing inventory. While at Anytime Fitness of Ohio/Midwest Shooting Center, Bartley served as a Maintenance Manager, excelling in facility maintenance across multiple locations and showcasing strong problem-solving abilities. Moreover, Bartley gained valuable experience in construction and project management as a General Laborer at Clouse Construction Corp.

Bartley’s diverse background and skills closely align with the requirements of the Production Supervisor role. His expertise in leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving our production operations forward.
