Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets and vibrating equipment, is pleased to announce the hire of Jeremy Hohenstein as Human Resource Recruiter. Hohenstein’s human resource focused coursework, involvement in the local community and experience in recruitment within the armed forces make him an excellent addition to the Human Resource team.

Hohenstein will be accountable for the recruitment, retention, and onboarding for all Webster locations.  Included in his responsibilities will be training, development as well as support for various Human Resource employee related programs while creating and maintaining an inclusive company culture for all Webster locations.

Hohenstein graduated from Tiffin University in May 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration & Human Resources Management. Before attending college, he served in the United States Marine Corps for five years as an Aviation Technician and Recruiter Assistant. This role allowed him to recruit, interview and enlist qualified applicants to the Marine Corps.
