Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets and vibrating equipment, is pleased to announce the hire of Crystal Hoerig as Inside Sales Representative.  Hoerig’s experience in manufacturing and customer service make her an excellent candidate for this role.

Hoerig will be accountable for providing customer assistance to Webster customers. She will be responsible for translating, quoting, and entering sales orders, customer relationship development, and collaborating with other departments in order to satisfy the needs of the customers.

Before joining Webster, Hoerig began her career in 2009 as a loan clerk and bank teller at First Bank of Ohio. She then went onto work for Applied Industrial Technologies in their Inside Sales Department. Over the last decade she has been employed with Tiffin Metal Products holding various titles including Receptionist, Inside Sales Representative, Sales Support Coordinator, and HR Assistant.
