Throughout her career, Jennifer has excelled in roles that required exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. As a Purchasing Agent at Cutting Edge Mfg., she worked closely with vendors and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations. Previously, as an Office Manager at SCM, Inc., she played a key role in handling customer inquiries, coordinating employee needs, and ensuring efficient office workflow. Additionally, her experience as a Patient Collections Coordinator at ECS Billing and Consulting strengthened her ability to assist customers with professionalism and care.

In this role, Jennifer will support our customers by managing sales orders, providing product information, and collaborating with other departments to meet client needs.
