Webster is pleased to announce that Shyanne Downing has accepted the position of Inside Sales Representative. She will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. Shyanne’s strong background in customer service and can-do attitude make her an ideal fit for this position. She is an organized, hard-working individual that is ready to learn and take on new challenges.

Shyanne will be accountable for providing customer service assistance to customers and an assortment of sales related functions in this role. She will collaborate with internal teams and Webster’s outside sales team to satisfy customer needs.
