Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain and sprockets, is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Becky Hartman to Business Development Manager-OEM. This position was created to strengthen relationships and increase alignment with our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) channel partners. This role will lead and facilitate the development of programs for specific OEM partners including pricing development, contract negotiations, inventory and service management and increasing this business segment’s customer satisfaction.  Upon acceptance, Hartman stated “I look forward to working directly with this specific sector of our business. The opportunity to understand, manage and help execute our customers’ expectations will be both challenging and rewarding”.

Hartman joined Webster in 1998, starting as an Inside Sales Representative. Since then, she has climbed the corporate ladder and assumed various positions within the organization including Sales & Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Manager and Senior Sales & Marketing Manager. She has been instrumental in improving Webster’s customer service level and is a key member of our sales team.
