Since taking on the role of Technical Support Specialist in December 2023, Devon has consistently demonstrated outstanding technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving. He has played a vital role in enhancing IT support processes, managing hardware and software installations, resolving network issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for end users. His commitment to excellence and ability to lead projects has been integral to the success of our IT operations.

In his new role as IT Site Manager, Devon will take on expanded responsibilities, including managing the daily technology requirements at our Brighton location, overseeing IT projects across Webster divisions, and implementing best practices to optimize system performance and security. His leadership and technical acumen will undoubtedly drive continued success in this position.
