TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets and vibrating equipment, is excited to announce that Jeff Snavely has been promoted to the position of Supply Chain Buyer. Jeff’s transition from our SRS Department to this role reflects his dedication, proven skills, and unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
Jeff joined Webster in 2021, bringing valuable experience in logistics, shipping coordination, and inventory management. He has consistently demonstrated his attention to detail, resourcefulness, and drive for increased responsibility. In his new role, Jeff will be responsible for all procurement activities related to Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and other essential materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely supply across our operations.
A graduate of Owens Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Jeff is currently pursuing further studies in Business and Data Analytics at the University of Toledo. His extensive background in operations, resource management, and procurement—as well as his leadership experience in diverse environments, from managing a team of 200+ employees for the San Diego Padres to leading a combat infantry team during Operation Iraqi Freedom—uniquely prepares him for success in his new role.
