TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster is pleased to announce that Jeff Welty has been promoted to Production Supervisor. In this position, he will oversee the Chain Assembly and Welding department. He is accountable for order management, personnel management and continuous improvement in this area.
Jeff joined Webster in 2010 and since that time he has proven his ability to work on a team and problem solve. We are confident that his technical skills will add great value to our team in this new role. His years of experience in the Chain Assembly and Welding department and knowledge of Webster’s products and processes make him a great fit.
