TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster is pleased to announce that Tony Secoy has been recently promoted to the position of Operations Manager. This role is tasked with planning and overseeing the daily operations of the final assembly departments to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. These departments include Link Weld/Product Weld/Product Assembly, Sprockets, SRS and Off Shift Supervision. Secoy will establish goals in each of these areas to increase quality, cost and deliveries for each shift. He will drive performance and work diligently to make sure that these departmental goals are met.
Secoy’s 20 years in the manufacturing industry and immense Webster process knowledge make him an asset to the Webster team. During his career at Webster, he has spent time as the Assembly Area Supervisor which includes Chain Assembly, Link Weld and Product Weld. This has given him a great deal of knowledge on the final assembly stages of the manufacturing process.
Secoy holds an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologies from Marion Technical College.
