TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster is pleased to announce that Chad Stevens has been recently promoted to the position of Operations Manager. This role is accountable for ensuring all of the parts departments at Webster have achieved their goals and objectives. These departments include Machine Shop, Heat Treat, Punching and Stamping and Sheet Metal. Stevens will have the opportunity to use his expertise to analyze the production flow and make suggestions to minimize waste. This new position will allow him to continue developing his problem solving and management skills.

His 15 years of tooling and stamping experience have allowed him to grow his technical abilities. During his time at Webster, Stevens has managed the Punch Press and the Tool Room department. The extensive background in manufacturing and understanding of Webster’s products and processes make him a valuable member of the team.
