TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster is pleased to announce that Jeff Pifher has been recently promoted to the position of General Manager – Tiffin. He will report directly to the Vice President of Operational Excellence. This role is tasked with leading the manufacturing activities of the Webster Industries – Tiffin, OH plant to achieve desired capacity, profit and cost levels. He will implement the strategic vision for the performance, optimization and improvement of all manufacturing activities including information, people and products.

Pifher’s strong leadership, team building skills and 32 years of manufacturing experience make him an ideal candidate for this role. Pifher has spent 22 years on the Webster team and has held various roles in that time. These roles include Process Engineer, Product Design Engineer, Department Manager of Machining, Welding & Assembly, Manufacturing Engineer, Operations Engineering Manager, Plant Manager and finally General Manager.
