TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jeremy Hohenstein has been promoted to the position of Human Resource Manager, Tiffin/Meridan locations. In this role he will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department including talent acquisition, employee retention, benefit and leave programs, and enforcing company policies and practices.  Hohenstein will provide support and guidance to the leadership team in many different capacities, including employee development, disciplinary matters, investigations, and Union topics.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Tiffin University with a major in Human Resource Management.  Before attending college, Jeremy served in the United States Marine Corps for five years as an Aviation Technician and Recruiter Assistant. This role allowed him to recruit, interview and enlist qualified applicants to the Marine Corps.  Hohenstein’s previous experience, military experience, and education make him the perfect fit for this role.
