TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce that John Hays has been recently promoted to the position of ERP Project Manager. In this role he will lead the planning, implementation, and execution of Webster’s ERP projects.  He will play a key role within the ERP and IT teams by analyzing and refining business processes, developing IT business cases, and helping to implement new solutions and capabilities for the organization.

Hays holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Kentucky with a major in Mathematical Economics and his M.B.A. in Data Analytics from Tiffin University.  Before coming to Webster, he worked as a Data Management Administrator for Roppe Holding Company. In this role he used data to supplement efforts in the IT, production, sales, marketing and accounting departments. His previous experience in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and comprehensive understanding of ERP systems and their integration into business processes make him an excellent fit for this role.
