Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets and vibrating equipment, is excited to announce that Sharla Cline has been promoted to Director of IT Business Systems. Sharla’s proven ability to complete projects, implement systems, and streamline business processes will allow Webster to reach their targeted goals and growth objectives.
In this role, she will be accountable for managing the corporate business systems applications including future development, additions, and custom solutions for these applications. She will lead a team of developers, analysts, and technical resources ensuring continued growth and success of our business systems. Sharla will work closely with the Executive Management team to ensure Webster’s strategic plan for long-term growth are achieved.
VP of Technology, Deb Anderson stated, “The expertise Sharla brings in managing teams, projects, and the continued development of our business systems, make her the ideal candidate to take on the additional responsibilities of this new role.”
Sharla has been with Webster since 2014, starting as IT Project Manager and then being promoted to ERP & IT Systems Manager. Sharla was a key member of Webster’s ERP selection and implementation team and has since been responsible for the day-to-day management of Epicor. Prior to joining Webster, she spent 15 years working as a Business Analyst and ERP Developer in the plastics industry.
Sharla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Findlay.
