Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets and vibrating equipment, is excited to announce that Angie Reser has been promoted to Facilities Manager.  Angie’s organizational skills, positive attitude, work ethic and proven abilities in project management make her a perfect fit for this role.

As the Facilities Manager, she will maintain efficient and smooth operation of buildings and grounds.  In this role, she will bring greater structure across all areas, specifically the spare parts crib, maintenance department and facilities.  Additionally, Angie will be responsible for the implementation of planning, tracking and reporting on predictive maintenance, as well as planning and assigning work within the maintenance department on a predictive method while also recommending improvements in equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.  As the Facilities Manager, Angie will provide direct supervision of the spare parts crib employees with concurrent and back-filling supervision of the maintenance employees.

Angie has been with Webster since 2014, starting as Maintenance Administrator and then being promoted to Purchasing for Maintenance & Operations and most recently to Tool Room & Maintenance Planner.
