Webster Industries, Inc., an industry leader in conveyor chain, sprockets and vibrating equipment, is pleased to announce the hiring of John Hays as ERP Business Systems Analyst.  John’s experience with ERP systems and his previous role as an analyst make him an ideal candidate for this position.  John will support the operation of enterprise-wide business systems, including Epicor ERP/Kinetic, by providing end-user support, training, and system development.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Economics from the University of Kentucky and an M.B.A. in Data Analytics from Tiffin University.

John started his career as Legal Support for the U.S. Small Business Administration before becoming a Graduate Assistant and then a Professor at Tiffin University.  John also worked for Sigma6ix Education Consultants as a data analyst.  Most recently John held the role of Data Management Administrator, System Administrator/Analyst for Roppe Holding Company.  John has experience with SQL Server, query and report writing, data analytics, and project management.
