TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality engineered products and technical solutions, is excited to announce the promotion of Shawn Shriver to the role of Vice President of Sales – ACTION/Allor Divisions. Shawn has been an integral part of our sales and product management teams, and we are confident in his ability to lead our sales efforts and drive continued success.
Shawn began his journey with Webster Industries as an Inside Sales Representative, where he developed a deep understanding of our products and customer needs. His strong communication skills, client focus, and ability to build lasting relationships quickly made him a valuable asset to the team. From there, he advanced into an Outside Sales role, where he helped expand our market reach and strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
Most recently, as Product Manager, Shawn played a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, ensuring that our offerings aligned with market demands and company objectives. His expertise in product lifecycle management, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration has been instrumental in enhancing our product lineup and driving sales growth.

In his new role as Vice President of Sales – ACTION/Allor Divisions, Shawn will focus on developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that support our long-term growth. Reporting to the Executive VP/CCO, he will oversee the global sales organization, set sales targets, and drive market channel development. Additionally, he will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with major clients and ensuring our sales processes are both efficient and effective. While his primary focus will be on ACTION, he will also be learning the sales process at Allor to ensure seamless integration across both brands.
