TIFFIN, Ohio – Webster Industries, Inc., a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of high-quality engineered products and technical solutions, is pleased to announce that Andrew Hyden has joined the organization as a new 3rd Shift Shop Supervisor.

Andrew brings over 14 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, and process improvement. With extensive knowledge of equipment operations, quality standards, and workplace safety, he is highly skilled in managing staff, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. His strong communication skills and leadership abilities make him an excellent addition to our team.

In this role, Andrew will be responsible for helping oversee 3rd shift operations, maintaining productivity, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. He will work closely with employees and management to balance quality, cost, and operational effectiveness while fostering continuous improvement.

Andrew holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Owens Community College. His background in production supervision and leadership training aligns well with our company’s values and commitment to excellence.
